Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a service manager to oversee auto service staff, coordinate technicians with customers, and drive sales through vehicle inspections and proactive service.

You will hire, train, and coach technicians, ensure quality standards, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing scheduling and inventory in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• At least 1 year in a service manager or service writer role.
• Strong problem-solving for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling and maintenance.
• Ability to recruit and coach technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work to auto service staff based on skill level.
• Oversee customer service needs and technician collaboration.
• Lead hiring/training of the auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
