Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to lead and coach others; strong customer communication.
• Must hold valid automotive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate front-end and back-end shop operations.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to boost revenue.
