Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead vehicle technicians and oversee customer interactions in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach, schedule, and supervise staff while contributing to parts and equipment procurement and overall store performance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers, proactive communication, and maintaining high quality service standards across automotive operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year in service manager or service writer role preferred.
• Strong problem solving for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians to fit store needs.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to service staff by skill level.
• Oversee all automotive service needs and customer interactions.
• Lead hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless interactions.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
