Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have valid automotive driver’s license at all times to test drive customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing all customer interactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop understanding of store operations and paperwork to improve efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to boost revenue.
