Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Texas is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles along with customer interactions for high‑quality service. The role offers a sign‑on bonus for new teammates and a flat-rate pay model reflecting task-based earnings.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $31.25 per hour, with a strong emphasis on safety, skill development and ASE certifications. Training, benefits, and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: oil changes, basic inspections, repairing tires.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests and registrations fees are paid by the company; bonuses for tests passed.
