Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Frisco, TX is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead a busy service team and drive customer satisfaction. You will supervise technicians, coach staff, and ensure high-quality work while managing parts purchases and front/back shop communications.

The role offers a $1500 sign-on for new teammates, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ASE certifications as part of ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to facilitate product and service sales.
• Manage paperwork and financial transactions and adhere to company policies.
