Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead our auto service team at Bridgestone Retail Operations. You will supervise technicians, coordinate work flow, and ensure top-notch customer interactions and service quality.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and work to exceed sales and service targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem solving for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to recruit and coach technicians; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee customer automotive service needs and communicate proactively.
• Lead hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and inspections.
