Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead technicians, manage customer relationships, and supervise service operations. Qualifications

• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving in customer complaints and inventory scheduling.
• Ability to lead and coach others; strong teammate and customer communication.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.
• Valid automotive driver's license to test drive customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff by skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage inquiries and follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between back and front shop to drive sales.
• Provide insights to front of shop to boost revenue.
