Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and coach technicians; strong problem solving with customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee auto service needs of customers and service team.
• Hire, train and supervise vehicle technicians; manage parts and equipment purchases.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
