Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee technicians at a busy retail service center. You will assign work, coach staff, and ensure high-quality vehicle repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

The role blends hands-on repair knowledge with people leadership, inventory control, and scheduling to meet service goals in a dynamic auto-care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• 4 years auto service technical experience
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer-complaint resolution
• Ability to recruit and select technicians and general service teammates
• Time management, scheduling, and inventory maintenance
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues
• Must have completed BSRO store education courses for this position
• Valid automotive driver’s license at all times to test drive vehicles
