Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Service Manager or equivalent to oversee auto service operations in a retail setting. You will manage technicians, schedule work, and ensure high customer satisfaction while driving sales and maintaining quality standards.

You will lead hiring and training efforts, coordinate with front and back shop operations, and uphold company policies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and overviews of daily store activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 2-year degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer interactions and resolving issues.
• Develop understanding of store operations and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to boost revenue.
