You will coordinate scheduling, hiring, and training, while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive auto repair knowledge, and a proven ability to manage inventory, processes, and teamwork to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• At least 1 year in a service manager or service writer role.
• Able to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.
• Must have a valid automotive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Understand business operations and paperwork in automotive service.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and communication between back and front of shop.
• Provide insights to front to enhance product/service sales.
