Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of auto service experience, 1 year in a supervisory role, and the ability to recruit, train, and retain skilled staff while upholding Bridgestone standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians and lead a team.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring and training of a capable auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage paperwork, policies and financial transactions per store procedures.
• Drive sales via proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
