Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager in Frisco City, AL to lead a team of technicians and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will schedule work, supervise staff, and ensure quality and compliance while supporting parts and service sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years auto service technical experience required.
• 1 year service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing all customer interactions and follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, feedback and concerns to foster loyalty.
• Develop understanding of business operations from paperwork to financial transactions and policy adherence.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to optimize revenue generation.
