Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Service Manager for automotive service leadership. You will assign, train, and supervise technicians, ensuring high service standards while managing customer interactions and parts purchases.

This role blends hands-on repair knowledge with staff leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include coordinating workflows, mentoring staff, and driving front/back shop communication to optimize operations and revenue.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times.

Mansioni

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
