Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager who blends deep automotive repair knowledge with strong people skills. You will manage customer relationships, serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, and supervise technicians while assisting with parts purchasing and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service experience.
• 1 year service manager or writer exp.
• Problem solving – customer complaints
• Inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance
• Leadership and coaching ability
• Strong teammate and customer communication
• Ability to recruit technicians for store
• Willingness to continue education in auto repair
• Completed BSRO education courses and modules
• Valid automotive driver’s license to test drive vehicles
