Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead service staff, manage customer relations, and supervise technicians in a high-volume shop. You will coach, train, recruit, and ensure compliance with quality standards while driving sales and customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, inventory oversight, and collaboration between front and back shop to optimize revenue and efficiency in a dynamic Bridgestone environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times to test drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer interactions, proactive communication and follow-up.
