Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a personable Service Greeter to welcome guests at our Grapevine dealership. You’ll be the first contact for service customers, guiding them to the right representative and ensuring a smooth check-in flow.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, collaboration with the service team, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced atmosphere. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or military equivalent is acceptable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate representative or waiting area.
• Communicate with dealership staff about arrivals and needs.
• Coordinate with service department to keep appointments on track.
• Assist customers as they move vehicles through the service lane.
• Return serviced vehicles to the service lane for pickup.
