Asbury Grapevine is seeking a Service Greeter to welcome customers, guide them to the right dealership representatives, and support the service department in ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will be the initial contact for arriving customers and help maintain a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct to appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
• Communicate customer arrival and needs to service staff.
• Assist service department in keeping appointments on track and vehicles moving through service lane.
• Ensure customers are brought back to the service lane after work is completed.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor and engage with guests.
