Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Service Valet/Porter to greet customers at arrival, gather vehicle information, and move vehicles safely to the shop.

You will support service Advisors, maintain an organized service drive, and help deliver vehicles while upholding CSI and dealership procedures. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Experience operating manual transmission is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information at arrival.
• Assist service advisors and maintain organization in the service drive.
• Move customer vehicles safely from service drive to the shop.
• Retain keys according to procedures.
• Promote positive relationships with dealership staff.
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and CSI focus.
• Be prepared to stay outdoors and on your feet for long periods.
