Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group's Kahlo CDJR in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Service Greeter to warmly welcome arriving service customers and coordinate with the service team, ensuring a smooth first impression and efficient handoffs.

You will greet customers, direct them to the appropriate staff, maintain a friendly demeanor, and help keep the service lane running on schedule. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; pre-employment screening applies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct to appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
• Communicate with dealership staff about customers arrival and needs.
• Work with service department to keep scheduled appointments on track.
• Move vehicles through the service lane to the shop.
• Return vehicles to the service lane for customers when work is completed.
