Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics.
• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and alternatives to expensive repairs.
• Selling or providing information about parts and service options to customers.
• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling, vehicle drop-off and pickup.
• Providing information on warranty protections and cost savings, and trade-in options.
• Managing dealership workflow and schedule.
• Calling customers about service changes or pickup times.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships for repeat business.
• Documenting services and costs and processing payments.
• Liaising with technicians about parts ordering and availability.
