Lakeside Toyota in Gretna, LA is seeking an assistant at our service reception to help keep the service lane running smoothly. You will greet customers, direct them to the right technician, and assist in preparing repair orders for the ASM.

You’ll update customers on vehicle status and help schedule appointments, while maintaining a welcoming, organized reception area. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and basic computer skills with dealership

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate service team member.
• Help prepare and organize repair orders and service tickets for the ASM.
• Update customer on vehicle status, parts needs, or additional service recommendations.
• Check out customers for final bill and process payments.
• Assist in scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
