Job summary

Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for a Service Assistant to serve as the first point of contact in the service department. You will greet customers, assist with check-in, receive keys, and help direct traffic to ensure a smooth service experience.

You will support service lane operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed. A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional appearance and strong attendance record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival to the service department.
• Assist with customer check-in and direct customers through the service process.
• Receive vehicle keys and coordinate arrival information with Advisors.
• Escort customers to waiting areas or appropriate dealership personnel as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized service drive environment and support flow.
• Assist with basic administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
• Follow dealership procedures related to customer interactions, safety, and vehicle handling.
• Participate in department meetings, training, and development opportunities.
