Royal South Toyota Service in Bloomington, IN is hiring an Assistant Service Advisor. This entry-level role supports service advisors by greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome and appreciate our visiting customers.
• Assist our Advisors in daily responsibilities.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments when needed.
• Communicate clearly and completely with our customers.
• Confirm our customer's needs and expectations.
• Take care of our customer's vehicle when tagging & driving accordingly.
• Use of an ipad and or phone camera may be needed for customer's vehicles.
• A professional and pleasant appearance.
• Working with other departments within our store or our other stores.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
• Responding to inter-company communications.
• Working with other employees to insure our customer's best experience.

Royal South Toyota Service is hiring!Our Toyota Service drive is a busy and vital part of our customer service focused store and our growth could use your talent! If you've been told you're personable, patient, listens well, & enjoys helping others in our community, we would like to meet you. We service many of our local and surrounding Toyota owners Monday through Saturday so you will probably know some of our visiting customers. This is an entry level position that can develop into a career for the suitable person. As our Assistant Service Advisor, you will be in our Service Lane and on your feet assisting with checking in customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, parking and retrieving vehicles, checking out customers & other related duties.
