Job summary

Toyota of Easley is seeking an Experienced, driven Service Advisor/Assistant Manager who will lead the Drive Lane operations and deliver a superior customer experience at our dealership in Easley, SC.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience and strong people-management skills to coordinate service flow, communicate with customers, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Join a team that values growth, stability, and a great income.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience required.
• Knowledge of dealership drive lane.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a great positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently presented to our service customers.
