You will serve as a senior contact for customers, resolve escalated concerns, and mentor junior advisors while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive service advisor role.
• California driver's license within 30 days of hire; clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for customers and upsell appropriate services.
• Guide and support Service Advisors I and II on complex issues.
• Review and approve repair orders and invoices per dealership policy.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely, accurate service.
