Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and explain options clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, financing, and warranty options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and provide post-service follow-up.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to keep repairs on track.
