Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; California driver’s license within 30 days after hire.

• Welcome and greet customers professionally.
• Document vehicle symptoms and communicate with service technicians.
• Explain recommended services with cost estimates and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers during service or repairs.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Monitor progress and update customers on status.
