Job summary

Kirksville Motor Company is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You are the first contact, explain repairs, and coordinate scheduling with technicians to ensure a smooth visit.

We welcome individuals from customer service or hospitality backgrounds. This is a full-time, on-site role with a five-day work week and Sundays off; training is provided to help you grow with the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to multitask and manage a busy service lane.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the service lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience and complete additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• All other duties as assigned.
