Job summary

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact, greeting owners and explaining repair processes while coordinating with technicians.

The role welcomes individuals new to automotive but with strong customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality backgrounds. You will provide exceptional service and help maintain a smooth service flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Service Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
