Job summary

Kirksville Motor Company is hiring energetic individuals for our Service team in a fast-paced automotive dealership setting. You will answer calls, schedule service appointments, verify details, and coordinate with advisors and drivers to keep customers informed about status.

We offer a $15/hour base with a production bonus, PTO, 401K, and comprehensive health plans, plus life insurance and discount benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background check and MVR required.
• 18+ years old due to automobile insurance coverage.
• 1–2 years call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent English; Spanish/French helpful.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office; basic Excel.
• Team player with professional demeanor.
• Safe work practices and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Provide thorough knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Inform customers about appointment status and service updates.
• Document call feedback for the Service Manager.
• Coordinate with service advisors and drivers for updates.
• Handle special order parts and follow-up within 15 days.
• Assist with pickup/delivery scheduling and general duties.
