Servco Toyota Kona is seeking a Service Consultant to welcome customers, identify needed services, and act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient work. You will provide clear explanations and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate cost and time estimates, monitoring vehicle status, booking and closing repair orders, arranging loaner vehicles, and following up on back-ordered parts to

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in sales or customer service.
• General mechanical knowledge or education.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Auto dealership service writing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and determine which vehicle services are needed.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers to explain work required.
• Review vehicle records and inspect vehicle to identify additional services.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain approval.
• Monitor service status and keep customers informed.
• Book and close repair orders promptly.
• Arrange loaner vehicles when needed.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and schedule returns.
• Ensure requested items are completed and payment is processed.
