Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a customer service professional to manage communications and schedule service appointments for clients in the Fort Worth area. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, guiding customers to the right dealership resources.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a proactive customer focus, and reliability. BDC operations and dual-screen setups are preferred to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (and preferably dual-screen experience).
• Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
