Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to answer calls, respond to internet and chat inquiries, and schedule service appointments across our Fort Worth area locations.

You'll provide product information, direct customers to dealership resources, follow up on missed appointments, and collaborate with sales and service teams. A positive, proactive attitude and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open
• Automotive knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
