Qualifications

• Required: 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay work.
• Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations and lead location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors for high-quality service.
• Schedule team members to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new staff on service procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture reflecting company values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote speed, quality, and trust.
• Recommend services based on guidelines and vehicle needs; inform customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized shop and customer areas; ensure safety compliance.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to meet store goals.
• Ensure services are performed safely and to brand standards.
• Support maintenance needs for shop equipment and facilities.
