FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager in Woodstock, GA to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and delivering fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service. The role spans service bay, front counter, and back office, with emphasis on safety and operational excellence.

You will coach technicians and service advisors, onboard new teammates, and help maintain inventory and POS processes, while fostering a positive team culture and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in retail automotive service or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting company values.
• Greet customers and explain services to ensure speed, quality and trust.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as directed by the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and customer areas per brand standards.
