Qualifications

1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
Experience in a fast-paced hands-on environment in service bay.
Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable with POS and inventory.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to stand long and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours incl weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
Schedule team to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
Onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shop reflecting brand standards.
Support safety compliance and tracking of daily sales, productivity, and KPIs.
