Qualifications

• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service and Service sales.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present best repair solutions in an understandable way.
• Manage the store workflow efficiently.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and communicate professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and the store.
• Direct and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed and ensure repairs meet specs.
