Christian Brothers Automotive in North Carolina is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to serve as the trusted face for guests as they invest in their vehicles. You will guide customers through the repair process, explaining options clearly and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting repair solutions, managing workflow, and selling services with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guests'vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
• Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
• Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guest we serve
• Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
• Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
• Work together as a team andassist other employees as needed
• Other duties asassigned
