Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in Newnan, GA. You will greet guests, explain repair options, and guide them through the repair process with honesty and clarity.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic Windows software proficiency, and prior automotive service experience. Weekend hours are typical and local travel is occasional within the shop network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present best repair solution in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Manage store workflow efficiently.
• Sell services with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and communicate clearly by phone.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and the store.
• Coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
• Assist in transporting guests in a CBA branded vehicle.
