Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Tulsa Hills is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer. This role guides guests through the repair process, explains solutions clearly, and manages workflow in a fast-paced shop.

You will build relationships, service customers, and uphold integrity while driving sales. The position offers a commission structure, paid vacation/holidays, a climate-controlled shop, and ongoing Flywheel training with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Current driver’s license with a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
• Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
• Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our guests
• Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
• Shuttle guest as needed in CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed
• Other duties as assigned
