The role emphasizes maintaining service quality, explaining costs, and upholding safety and regulatory standards. Strong communication and dealership experience are preferred; authorized in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• All applicants must perform duties safely.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment checks incl. background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer/vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides written cost estimates for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Tracks progress and communicates changes to customers; seeks authorization for additional repairs.
• Test-drives vehicle or refers to test tech as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction index per manufacturer/branch standards.
• Advises on car care and maintenance per specs.
• Follows safety policies and reports accidents.
