Job summary

Pep Boys Inc. is looking for a customer-focused associate to assist customers by phone and in-store, schedule automotive service, and upsell parts and services to optimize vehicle performance.

You will handle transactions, help manage work orders, and support management with store operations while upholding customer care standards. Prior sales experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math skills for commissions and discounts.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• One year of automotive sales/service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.
• Process transactions at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register.
• Maintain organization and ensure safety and cleanliness of the shop.
