Job summary
AAA Mountain West Group in Tucson is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional member experience and coordinate technician workflow. You will listen to customer needs, explain services and charges, and manage estimates and scheduling to keep the shop moving smoothly.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in auto repair, a valid driver's license, and a High School Diploma or GED; ASE certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years industry experience in auto repair
- Automotive Service Excellence certification desired
Responsibilities
- Interact with members and determine perceived auto repair needs while delivering great customer service
- Accurately document repairs and maintenance in the shop management system
- Ensure BAR requirements are met in Repair Order preparation and documentation
- Source and estimate parts needed for repairs and communicate with customers
- Suggest repairs for safety and performance and prioritize for customers
- Review repairs with customers from initial estimate to final payment
- Perform light record-keeping and administrative support
