You will listen to customers, ask the right questions, prepare estimates, assign work to technicians, and ensure clear explanations of services and charges.

The role requires 3-5 years in auto repair, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years industry experience in auto repair.
• ASE certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to assess auto repair needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document repairs and maintenance in the shop management system.
• Source and estimate parts for repairs.
• Schedule work and coordinate technicians.
• Ensure BAR requirements in Repair Order documentation.
• Travel to different locations as needed.
