Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor in Tucson to greet guests, translate mechanical findings into clear recommendations, and confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties and services. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician, help maintain showroom and inventory standards, and contribute to a smooth, safe shop flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in automotive service sales, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs
• Willingness to work weekends
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience
