Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional member service and manage workflow for technicians. You will gather service details, prepare estimates, assign work, order parts, and coordinate service activities to drive customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in auto repair, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is a plus; position based on-site with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industry experience in auto repair.
• High School Diploma or GED already stated in requirements.
• Automotive Service Excellence certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to determine auto repair needs and meet expectations of great customer service.
• Document repairs and maintenance in shop management system accurately.
• Ensure BAR requirements are met in repair orders and documentation.
• Source and estimate parts needed for repairs to customer vehicles.
• Suggest and prioritize repairs for safety and performance.
• Review repairs with customers from original estimate to final payment to ensure understanding.
• Travel to different locations as needed.
