Job summary

Ourisman Mazda in Maryland City is seeking a Service Advisor to connect guests with the service team, listen to concerns, and translate needs into clear repair orders for technicians. You'll greet customers, present written estimates, and secure authorization before work begins.

During visits you’ll provide timely updates, adjust expectations when timelines shift, document labor and parts, and help grow the business by recommending dealership services and products that enhance ownership

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor (or similar automotive) experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-first mindset.
• Comfort with automotive service software and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of basic vehicle systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and connect them with the service team to address maintenance needs.
• Translate concerns into clear repair orders for technicians and provide written estimates.
• Secure authorization before work begins and update guests on progress.
• Document interactions, labor, and parts throughout the visit and adjust timelines as needed.
• Promote dealership services and products to enhance ownership experience.
