Ed Morse Automotive Group in Dallas seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our service team. You will welcome guests, listen to concerns, document vehicle issues, and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance service.
• Maximize dealership sales of parts and service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Report to Service Manager/Director and collaborate with sales managers and technicians.
• Address unsatisfied customers with management to resolve issues.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously, satisfying inquiries.
• Greet service customers warmly and be an excellent host.
• Listen to customer reasons for visiting the service department.
• Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to address concerns.
• Provide accurate estimates for all recommended services or repairs.
